Logging in to the Secure Schools Platform

How to sign into your existing Secure Schools platform account

If you already have an account, you don't need to remember another password! There are two options available for signing into the Secure Schools platform:

  1. Using your email address-
  2. Using Single Sign-On (SSO) via your existing Google or Microsoft Accounts.

Using your email address

1. Go to the Secure Schools login page

If you already have an account setup, go to the Secure Schools login page:

https://app.secureschools.com

Type your work email address into the email address box, then click Log in.

2. Check your work email inbox

You should receive an email with a magic link to log in. Click this link in the email to log in.

Using an existing account via SSO

On the sign-in page, select the appropriate option for your SSO provider. We support Google and Microsoft for SSO.

SSO Options

You'll be prompted to sign into the relevant provider as normal, allowing access to the platform.

Troubleshooting

No emails are delivered

If you haven't received your magic link, it could be due to additional email filters moving this to your junk folder or filter checks that pre-click the one-time link.

If no emails are being delivered to your inboxes, even in the Junk or Spam folders, then you should ensure that all the domains and IP addresses listed on our KB have been added to your approved lists.

Note that our Domains and IP Addresses are updated and maintained regularly, so it's worth checking them to see if any have been added since you configured your settings.

Magic Link emails are not working

If you’re trying to sign in using our Magic Link email system, but the link keeps saying it’s already been used, an additional email protection service is likely intercepting the email.

While updating the relevant service is the best solution, as a short-term workaround, you can use the option to sign in using Microsoft or Google.
