The overview function gives a top-down view of an individual user inside the platform, which covers online training, phishing simulations, and assigned policies.
With the introduction of this new function, Admins and Owners can review the individual performance of their staff inside the Secure Schools platform.
To dive into a user overview, navigate to Settings > User management and select a user you wish to view simply by clicking on the row
Once on the user, you'll be able to navigate through all training videos that the user has been assigned to with the results and completion details. This table can be filtered by completed and incomplete training.
When viewing phishing simulations, you'll see the simulation name, the template used, and the user's behaviour during the simulation. This table can be filtered by status if they open, click, and enter credentials.
Finally, you're able to see which policies that user has been assigned to and subsequently signed.
