Managing training reminders for your staff
Training reminders work in two ways: automatic training reminders and manual training reminders.
Automatic training reminders
To create automatic training reminders, you will first need to create a deadline; this will act as an anchor point for when your users need to complete their training. To do this:

- Go to Manage Training, then Edit.
- Set a deadline for when you want this training to be completed, and hit submit.
- Your users will receive a weekly email reminder until they complete the training or the deadline is reached.

Removing reminders
To stop sending automatic reminders for training, simply remove the deadline date.
- Go to Manage Training, then Edit.
- Delete the deadline.
- Click Submit.
Manual reminders
You can manually send training reminders to users who have not completed training; you can either do this on a single-user basis or bulk send a training reminder to all users who have not completed training.
For single users:

- Navigate to Manage training, then select the overflow menu (⋮) of the training you want to see progress for and select Training Progress.
- Select the users to whom you wish to send the training reminder and click the overflow menu (⋮) to send a training reminder.

For multiple users:
- Select the users to whom you wish to send the training reminder and click the first overflow menu (⋮) to send multiple training reminders.
