Download certificates and reissue training in bulk.
The latest improvements to the training area give you more control when managing staff training and enable you to download all their certificates simultaneously.
Download all training certificates at once
- Access the Training area.
- Click on the overflow menu ⋮ and choose Download results
- An email will be sent to you with a .zip file of all the certificates.
2. Reissue training to colleagues
- Access the training area.
- Click on the overflow menu ⋮ and choose Reissue training
- This will renew the requirement for this training course for the selected staff.
