The latest improvements to the training area give you more control when managing staff training and enable you to download all their certificates simultaneously.
Download all training certificates at once
- Access the Training progress area.
- Click on the first tick box to select all users (you can deselect as you wish).
- A bulk action overflow (⋮) will appear, allowing you to download reports for all selected staff members.
- The certificates will be downloaded to your computer or mobile device.

Renew training for colleagues
- Access the training progress area.
- Select the users for whom you want to renew training.
- Click on the overflow menu ⋮ and select Renew training.
- Your selected staff's training course requirements will be renewed.
